On Friday 12th April, the Sixth Classes took part in the SeaSynergy Explorers Education programme. First the classes got to see a CSI Learning about Squid presentation and then they got to dissect a squid! It was quiet the immersive experience culminating in each group getting to write their names in squid ink with a squid pen!

As part of Friendship Week we were working with the First class. During the week we did lots of activities about friendships. On Friday we were working on "Friendship Flowers"

On Friday 15th December, the Sixth Class went carol singing. First to the Killarney Credit Union where we collected for St. Vincent de Paul  and then to Kerry Parent's and Friends, on the Port Road. 

When we were finished singing , as a treat, we have hot chocolate and cookies before going home. We had a great day out and well done to everyone for performing so wonderfully.
