Over the past few weeks in 3rd class we have done some very exciting experiments. First, we attempted to build bridges out of straws and sellotape. We also explored friction using toy cars, ramps and different materials.

Torn Paper Mountians
We learned about mountians in Ireland and around the world in geography. In art we made moutain landscapes by tearing paper, it was harder than we thought!

We have started to learn multiplication and division. We find that songs help us with our skip counting and we just love our Taylor Swift inspired counting by 8 song.!
